We use the Balanced Retirement Benefits tm System to do the plan analysis and design.
The system was developed to impartially focus on the benefits first and then project costs and benefits using a variety of funding vehicles. Most of the other plan design systems in use today have been developed by life insurance companies or mutual fund companies who try to fit all plans into their funding products.
The system is also unique in that it combines qualified and non-qualified retirement benefits. It shows how limitations of the qualified plans can be supplemented by non-qualified benefits for the executives.
The system also shows the consolidated impacts of the plan design for the employer as well as showing costs and projected benefits for the employees. |
